Staff send e-mails to applicants
The secretariat staff shall initially review the brief information of the applicant and send the application form for joining the alliance and other information to the applicant by email after the preliminary review.

Fill in the application form and submit it to the designated email address
The applicant shall stamp and scan the completed application form and send the scanned copy to the designated email address.

Accept the application for joining the alliance
The secretariat will submit the information to the council for approval after the completion of data collection and examination. In principle, new members will be admitted each year.
